CircuitOne exists because that trade shouldn't be necessary. Our first product, D Force 1, is a four-axis motion system designed to bolt onto the rig you own, not replace it. Four compact actuators mount to standard 8020 aluminium profile, each driving one corner of the cockpit. Together they move the seat in response to what the simulation is actually doing (braking, cornering load, kerb strikes, the rear stepping out) and put that information back into your body, where a real driver feels it first.
D Force 1 is a Four-Axis Motion System. Each actuator delivers up to 180 kg of lift, runs a 50 mm stroke, and operates across a 0-100 Hz frequency range, all from a low-inertia integrated lead-screw servo drive motor machined from aviation aluminium alloy. A full four-axis build installs with eight screws and one cable per axis, no adapter plates, no wiring loom to decode, no guesswork. Most owners are racing the same afternoon they unbox it.
Those numbers matter, but the idea behind them matters more. CircuitOne is built on a simple belief: in a home cockpit, precision beats amplitude. You do not need a metre of travel to feel a car. You need motion that is fast, accurate, and honest about what the tyres are doing. Everything about D Force 1, the tightly controlled stroke, the wide frequency range, the rigid mounting, is engineered around resolving detail rather than throwing your cockpit around the room.
D Force 1 is designed to disappear into the hardware you already race on. It mounts to standard 8020 profile, runs on a Windows PC, and is managed through Circuit Manager, our free software that handles setup, tuning, and telemetry linkage. Firmware updates arrive over the air, so the system you buy keeps improving. Telemetry-linked LEDs put ABS, traction control, and flag states on the hardware itself, so critical information lives on the rig instead of forcing your eyes off the apex to check a second screen.
It is a complete ecosystem, but a quiet one. The goal was never to build the biggest platform on the market. It was to build the one that fits a real room, a real rig, and a real driver.
